Yang Hui Ying is a Professor at Singapore University of Technology and Design (SUTD), specializing in Energy & Sustainability. She has held roles since 2010, progressing from Assistant Professor (2010–2016), Associate Professor (2016–2022), and her current position since 2022. Her research focuses on nanomaterials for energy storage and water purification, with pioneering work in chemical doping, work function engineering, and defect analysis in low-dimensional nanomaterials.
