Xueting Wang

Xueting Wang is a Lecturer in the Department of Economics, Finance & Marketing at RMIT University, based at the City Campus in Australia. Her research focuses on experimental economics to analyze decision-making mechanisms and inform policy interventions. She investigates irrational behaviors to propose actionable policy recommendations for governments, organizations, and families.

Her research interests include behavioral economics, experimental economics, applied economics, banking/finance, and economic theory. She is particularly interested in addressing UN Sustainable Development Goals such as Reduced Inequalities, Gender Equality, and Good Health and Well-Being. Xueting is open to supervising Masters and PhD students in these areas.
