Xinia Guan

Xinia Guan is a Professor of Jewelry at Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD). An internationally acclaimed artist, she received the Best of Show award at the Philadelphia Museum of Art Contemporary Craft Show (2022) and the Excellence Prize at the Japan Jewelry Competition (2022). Her work explores the intersection of time, culture, and materiality.

Research & Creative Work: Her practice integrates conceptual narratives with traditional craftsmanship, featured in exhibitions worldwide including Smithsonian Craft Shows, Munich Jewelry Week, and New York Jewelry Week.

Publications: Featured in Metalsmith, Ornament, and exhibition catalogs documenting contemporary jewelry innovation.
