Xiaozheng Zhang

Xiaozheng Zhang serves as Head of Learning, Teaching and Student Experience at the Faculty of Business and Creative Industries. He holds a PhD in Human Resources and Organisational Behaviour from Loughborough University, an MA in Educational Management from University of Warwick, and a BA in English from Fuzhou University.

His research examines:

• Sustainable education practices including carbon literacy integration
• International collaborative learning frameworks
• Cultural influences on organizational behavior

Publications focus on sustainability education, cross-cultural pedagogy, and organizational wellbeing, with recent work exploring climate education integration and international learning models.

Honors include the Best Paper Award (2015) for research on organizational behavior.

External engagements include serving as External Examiner for University of Northampton and Leeds Beckett University, and committee membership for CIPD Wales and the UN PRME Working Group on Climate Change.
