Amanda Harrington is an Associate Lecturer in Human Resource Management and Organisational Behaviour at Loughborough Business School, Loughborough University. She also serves as Director for postgraduate programmes in Management and Leadership, overseeing tailored corporate courses and open programmes. Previously a Company Training Manager, she bridges academic and corporate perspectives, specializing in designing organization-aligned training solutions.

Her research focuses on interpretive organizational processes, particularly 360-degree feedback anonymity effects, pedagogical strategies for large undergraduate modules, and student engagement. She explores how individuals derive meaning from workplace practices and subsequent behavioral outcomes. Research also spans learning development, organizational change, and coaching psychology.
Her publications analyze feedback mechanisms in organizations and employability frameworks in business education. She actively contributes to the Work and Organisation research group at Loughborough.
