Christopher Lovell is a Lecturer in the Organisational Psychology Department at the Royal Docks School of Business and Law, University of East London (UEL). He lectures on the Chartered Manager Degree Apprenticeship (CMDA) programme and is concurrently completing a part-time MSc in Organisational Psychology at Birkbeck University. His qualifications include Chartered Manager MCMI status.
Education:

- Current MSc in Organisational Psychology (part-time at Birkbeck University)
Research Interests: Organisational Psychology with a focus on practical applications. Current research explores the impact of gamification on work-based learning and development. Active in psychometric tool implementation and advocating for industry-relevant educational practices. Volunteering as the 2024 awards lead for the Association of Business Psychologists.
