Wivica Kauppi is a University Lecturer at the University of Borås, affiliated with the Faculty of Caring Science, Work Life and Social Welfare and the Department of Caring Science. She has been employed at the university since 2014, focusing on prehospital emergency care and specialist nurse education. Her doctoral thesis (2022) explored breathlessness in ambulance care patients. She directs the PreHospen Centre for Prehospital Research since 2023 and co-supervises doctoral students like Anna Granath. Her research emphasizes patient experiences in critical care settings and healthcare practices.
