William Morris

Professor His Honour William Morris is an Independent Member and Chair of the Board of Governors at the University of Greater Manchester. He previously served as the Resident Judge of the Crown Court in Bolton until his retirement and was appointed Honorary Recorder of Bolton by the local authority. Morris studied Law and Fine Arts at Cambridge University, reflecting his dual passion for legal scholarship and the arts.
