Francine Morris

Professor Francine Morris serves as Associate Dean (Enterprise and Engagement) at Salford Business School, University of Salford, and Chair of Business and Community Engagement. Previously, she led the university's gender equality initiatives and taught human resource management and employment relations.

Her educational background includes:

Professor Morris's research centers on intersectional barriers in the labor market, particularly examining how gender, ethnicity, race, and migration status intersect to create workplace challenges. She established the Centre for Sustainable Innovation at Salford Business School to address skills gaps between higher education and industry needs. Her work spans gender equality, migrant employment, work-life balance, and performance management across cultural contexts, as evidenced by her comparative studies of UK and Nigeria.
