Willett Kempton

Willett Kempton is a Professor at the University of Delaware (UD), holding appointments in the School of Marine Science & Policy, Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, and the Center for Research in Wind (CReW), which he founded. He specializes in offshore wind energy, electric vehicle technology, and energy policy. His work bridges engineering, environmental science, and public policy. He earned a Ph.D. in Anthropology from the University of Texas at Austin and conducted postdoctoral work in quantitative anthropology at UC Berkeley.
