Wendy Loretto

Professor Wendy Loretto is a leading academic in the field of Organisational Behaviour at the University of Edinburgh Business School. Her research focuses on age and employment, particularly examining intersections of gender, health, and organizational policies in extending working lives. She actively contributes to academic discourse as Associate Editor of Employee Relations and through advisory roles with UKRI and the Standard Life Foundation.
