Prashant Bordia

Prashant Bordia is a Professor of Management at the Research School of Management, Australian National University (ANU). His research focuses on work and ageing, employee-organisation relationships, and wellbeing at work. He has contributed to understanding organisational change, team development, and psychological contracts through over 112 publications in top journals like Journal of Applied Psychology and Academy of Management Journal.

His current projects include investigating post-retirement engagement, retirement disclosure in workplaces, and psychological contracts in later-career dynamics. He has secured funding from the Australian Research Council and the US National Science Foundation. Bordia is co-author of Rumor Psychology: Social and Organizational Approaches, exploring communication dynamics during organisational uncertainty.
