Alessandra Capezio

Alessandra Capezio is an Associate Professor in Organisational Behaviour at the Research School of Management, Australian National University. As the MBA Director and Fellow of the Centre for Evidence Management, she focuses on promoting evidence-based practices in management. She completed her PhD at the University of Sydney.

Her research examines organisational sense-making, evidence-based decision-making, conduct risk in workplaces, career development for leaders, and corporate governance from behavioural perspectives. Key areas include the 'dark side' of organisational behaviours and leadership dynamics.

Publications consistently address themes of decision-making psychology and organisational efficiency, with recent works exploring passion in careers and customer-employee interactions. Projects include workplace culture improvements and science workforce strengthening initiatives.
