Paul Hunter

Paul Hunter is a Lecturer in Human Resource Management and Organisational Behaviour at the Adam Smith Business School, University of Glasgow. He previously worked as a management consultant specializing in Employee Relations, Organisational Development, and Socio-Technical Systems. His current roles include course coordinator for Human Resource Management and Research Methods courses across the Business School.

Research interests focus on organisational justice in high-tech environments, hybrid work models, dark-side workplace behaviours, and management education. He is affiliated with the Human Resource Management and Organisational Behaviour research cluster within his school.

Recent scholarship explores gender dynamics in performance appraisal systems, public sector resilience post-pandemic, and agile educational innovation. His work bridges academic theory with practical organisational challenges, emphasizing both quantitative and qualitative research methodologies.
