Dr. Lisa Chamberlain is a Lecturer in Human Resource Management and Organisational Behaviour at the Adam Smith Business School, University of Glasgow. She holds a PhD in Management from the University of Liverpool (awarded after an MSc in Human Resource Management there) and a BA in Humanities from the University of Maryland Global Campus. Her research focuses on quality of working life in micro and small businesses, employment relationships, craft/creative work, and visual research methods. She previously worked in private-sector HR and public-sector logistics/administration.

Research Interests: Dr. Chamberlain’s work examines labor conditions in MSMEs, the evolving nature of employment relationships, and innovative research methods like netnography.
