Moses Dang is a Lecturer in Organisational Behaviour at Teesside University’s Department of Leadership, Management & Human Resources. With 10 years of academic experience, he holds a PhD from Northumbria University and an MSc from Nottingham Trent University. Prior to academia, he worked in management roles across sectors in Nigeria and the UK, including banking, project management, and cultural advisory.
His research focuses on Human Resource Management, organisational practices, and their impact on workers’ wellbeing and families. Key areas include work-life balance policies, employment regulation in multinational enterprises, and coping strategies in uncertain work environments. Moses has also explored entrepreneurship education, self-employability of students, and crisis management in organisations.
His publications span post-pandemic HR reconfiguration, pedagogy in employability, and construction industry policies. He actively supervises MSc, MBA, and DBA students and has contributed to academic institutions like Plateau State University and Northumbria University. His interdisciplinary work bridges organisational behaviour with practical management challenges in both developed and emerging markets.
