Dr Wayne Read serves as Lecturer in Work Integrated Learning (WIL) and Deputy Director of the Bachelor of Commerce at Deakin Business School, Faculty of Business and Law, Deakin University. Previously Academic Coordinator of WIL until January 2025, he teaches marketing and management units across all levels with emphasis on career application of classroom knowledge, having co-developed the core WIL unit MWL101 Professional Insight in 2015 and led recent WIL suite redevelopment.
