Vlad Perju is Professor and Dean’s Distinguished Scholar at Boston College Law School. He served as Director of the Clough Center for the Study of Constitutional Democracy (2012–2022), elevating it to global prominence. His affiliations include visiting professorships at Harvard Law School, LUISS (Rome), and the European Academy of Legal Theory. He holds editorial roles at European Law Open and Jus Cogens, chairs the AALS Section on EU Law, and advises Romania’s constitutional reform.
