Dr. Vincent Delke is an Assistant Professor in the Entrepreneurship, Technology, and Management (ETM) department at the University of Twente, within the Faculty of Behavioural, Management and Social Sciences (BMS). He contributes to the European Laboratory on Innovative Purchasing and Supply (EL-IPS), focusing on interdisciplinary procurement research.

His research examines the buyer-supplier interface in value chains, emphasizing how digitalization, Industry 4.0, and AI reshape procurement practices. Key projects include Erasmus+ funded EXPERTISE (enhancing digital competencies for experienced professionals), KoDi-SRM (digital teaching methods in supplier relationship management), and Project PERSIST (PSM in Industry 4.0). He integrates these themes into courses on technology-driven procurement across bachelor's and master's programs.
