Research Interests: Prof. Schiele’s work centers on supplier relationships, Industry 4.0 applications in procurement, customer attractiveness strategies, sustainable innovation, and global sourcing dynamics. His research emphasizes leveraging social capital, organizational culture, and digital technologies to enhance supply chain performance and innovation outcomes.
