Victoria Barker is a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at Coventry University's Research Centre for Creative Economies. Her work focuses on creative freelancers, cultural policy, and ecosystem approaches to value systems. She holds a PhD from her 2018 thesis on creative ecosystems and networks of value. Alongside her academic role, she serves as a Collaboration Champion for the National Centre for Academic & Cultural Exchange (NCACE) and advises arts organizations in the East Midlands.
