Victoria A. Cundiff is a Visiting Lecturer in Law at Yale Law School. She specializes in intellectual property litigation and commercial disputes, with extensive experience as a partner at Paul Hastings in New York. Her work spans advising clients from individuals to Fortune 50 companies across industries on IP strategy and dispute resolution. She holds a B.A. from the University of Denver (1977) and a J.D. from Yale Law School (1980).
Her research focuses on trade secrets, conflict of laws, and intellectual property strategy. She co-authored the Trade Secret Case Management Judicial Guide (Federal Judicial Conference) and serves as an adviser to the American Law Institute’s Restatement (Third), Conflict of Laws. She chairs the Sedona Conference Working Group on Trade Secrets, emphasizing collaborative legal frameworks for IP-related challenges.
