Jeanne Fromer is the Vice Dean for Intellectual Life and the Walter J. Derenberg Professor of Intellectual Property Law at New York University School of Law. She specializes in intellectual property law, focusing on copyright, patent, trademark, and trade secret regimes. Her scholarship emphasizes innovation policy and digital-age legal frameworks. Fromer is co-director of the Engelberg Center on Innovation Law & Policy and co-author of a widely used copyright textbook.
