Chuck Blazer is an Adjunct Professor at Thomas Jefferson School of Law, specializing in Intellectual Property and Property Law. He combines extensive courtroom experience as an IP litigator with academic teaching, supervising the Patent and Trademark Clinic at the Small Business Law Center. His expertise spans patent disputes, trade secrets, and virtual property law, with early influential scholarship on digital assets predating cryptocurrency.
