Richard L. Rainey

Richard L. Rainey serves as a Professorial Lecturer in Law at The George Washington University Law School, teaching patent enforcement courses while maintaining an active litigation practice as partner at Covington & Burling LLP in Washington, DC. He previously held the position of Chief IP Litigation Counsel at General Electric for three and a half years before returning to Covington.
