Randall R. Rader serves as a Professorial Lecturer in Law at The George Washington University Law School. He maintains an active judicial career as a Judge on the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, having been appointed by President George H. W. Bush in 1990 and serving as Chief Circuit Judge from 2010.
His research focuses on Intellectual Property Law and Patent Law, with extensive contributions to rule of law principles globally.
