Victoria Cundiff is an Adjunct Professor of Law at the University of Pennsylvania Law School and a Visiting Lecturer at Yale Law School, where she teaches intellectual property and trade secrets law. She is also a Fellow at Yale Law School’s Center for the Study of Corporate Law and frequently guest lectures at MIT’s Sloan School and other national law schools on entrepreneurship and innovation.
Her educational background includes a law degree from Yale Law School and undergraduate studies at the University of Denver, where she was a Boettcher Foundation Scholar.
Victoria Cundiff specializes in intellectual property, with a strong focus on trade secrets, copyright, and IP licensing. Her expertise informs both legal practice and judicial policy, particularly through her leadership in developing legal frameworks and educational programs.
