Vicki Harvey is a Senior Lecturer in People Management at Salford Business School, University of Salford, where she serves as programme leader for the MSc Human Resource Management and module lead for Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) for HR practitioners. Previously holding programme leadership for undergraduate Business with HRM and Business Management with Law degrees, she also acts as the CIPD link tutor and wellbeing lead for the business school while co-leading the 'Better Working Lives' research cluster.
Her research centers on student employability frameworks and work-based learning integration within business education, with growing focus on AI literacy development and organizational change dynamics. Recent projects include a knowledge exchange partnership examining data sharing practices during workplace transformations, reflecting her commitment to bridging academic theory with practical HR applications. Her work consistently emphasizes student perspectives in employability development and ethical technology implementation in educational settings.

Available for PhD supervision, she draws on extensive experience in business education curriculum design and her own doctoral research on student employability.
