Verena Krause is a Lecturer (Assistant Professor) at the UCL School of Management, specializing in the Organizations and Innovation group. She holds a B.A. in Psychology from Boston University and an M.S./Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior from Cornell University’s School of Industrial and Labor Relations. Her research focuses on creativity’s antecedents and consequences, particularly how perspective-taking impacts originality and how creative work mitigates psychological burdens.
