Dr. Matthew Rodgers is a Professor of Management at Hope College, with prior academic appointments at Ohio State University, Ithaca College, SKK Graduate School of Business (Seoul, Korea), and Massachusetts Institute of Technology. His academic journey includes a Ph.D. and M.S. in Management and Organizations from Cornell University, and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Clarkson University.
