Utz Weitzel is a Professor of Experimental Finance at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and Professor of Experimental and Behavioral Finance at Radboud University Nijmegen. He holds affiliations with the Tinbergen Institute as a Research Fellow, the GXP Foundation as a Board member, and co-founded the Behavioral Finance Online Research initiative. Previously, he was a Professor at Utrecht University and directed the Society for Experimental Finance. His research focuses on behavioral/experimental finance, complex systems, and meta-science, with publications in journals like the Journal of Finance and Nature Physics.
