Tyler J. Curiel

Tyler J. Curiel is a Professor of Medicine, Oncology, and Microbiology and Immunology at Dartmouth College. His lab focuses on the immunopathogenic basis of human disease, particularly advancing cancer immunotherapy strategies such as immune checkpoint blockade, tumor-intrinsic PDL1 signals, and engineered cytokines like IL2. His work bridges bench-to-bedside translation, with clinical trials currently underway at Dartmouth and UT Health San Antonio.
