Professor Tuija Turunen is the Dean of the Faculty of Education at the University of Lapland, Finland, and holds the UArctic Chair in Education for Social Justice and Diversity. She is a member of the UArctic Academic Advisory Board (Mimir) and leads both the UArctic and UNESCO/UNITWIN networks on Teacher Education for Social Justice and Diversity.
