Suvi Lakkala is an Associate Professor (Docent) and Senior Lecturer in Special Education at the University of Lapland, specializing in inclusive education research. She also holds a Visiting Professor position at Vytautas Magnus University (2021–2026). Her research focuses on inclusive education frameworks, interprofessional teamwork in student welfare, educational transitions, and teacher professional development.
