Professor Tracey Danaher is a distinguished academic in Marketing and Services Marketing at Monash University, Melbourne, Australia. She holds a Professorial role in the Department of Marketing within the Faculty of Business and Economics. Her research focuses on customer experience, healthcare marketing, service quality, and advertising effectiveness. Danaher has published over 50 articles in top journals like the Journal of Marketing and Journal of Service Research, and her work has contributed to UN Sustainable Development Goals through healthcare and consumer well-being research. She has secured over $10M in grants, including ARC and MRFF awards, and led projects on healthcare innovation and customer data analytics.
