Todd Wagner is a Research Professor of Surgery and Health Policy at Stanford University and Director of the Health Economics Resource Center (HERC) at the Palo Alto VA. His research focuses on health information systems, healthcare efficiency, value-based care, and healthcare access, with particular expertise in developing learning healthcare systems. He co-directs the Big Data Fellowship supported by VA and NCI.
