Timothy W. Burns is a Professor of Political Science at Baylor University, specializing in the history of political philosophy, classical and modern political thought, and the intersection of politics with literature and religion. He holds a Ph.D., M.A., and B.A. from the University of Toronto, Boston College, and other institutions, respectively.
