Thomas Höge is a researcher at the University of Innsbruck's Department of Applied Psychology, where he focuses on critical perspectives in work and organizational psychology. His research examines neoliberalism's impact on workplaces, organizational democracy, socio-moral climates, and occupational well-being. He co-leads the Innsbruck Group on Critical Research in Work and Organizational Psychology (I-CROP) and coordinates international conferences on radical humanist approaches.
His research interests center on:
