Christine Unterrainer

Christine Unterrainer is a Researcher at the Department of Applied Psychology I, University of Innsbruck, with expertise in Work and Organizational Psychology. Her research focuses on neoliberal ideology, organizational democracy, and socio-ecological sustainability, analyzing their psychological and organizational impacts on civic engagement, moral disengagement, and climate-protective behavior.
