Thomas Dyer is an Adjunct Professor of Antitrust and Unfair Competition Law at the University of Denver’s Sturm College of Law. He concurrently serves as an attorney at Lewis Brisbois, specializing in Antitrust & Competition Practice, Securities Litigation, and Corporate Litigation. His expertise spans civil litigation, compliance programs, regulatory filings, and transactional drafting. Dyer holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Colorado State University, combining legal rigor with economic analysis to address business implications of legal issues.
As an educator, Dyer teaches complex antitrust concepts such as price-fixing, monopolization, market structures, and the application of antitrust laws to technology industries. His courses encourage dialogue on legal evolution and practical business applications.
In practice, Dyer advises corporations on federal/state antitrust compliance, including pre-merger reviews (HSR Act), trade association compliance, and competitor collaborations.
