David P. Chiappetta

David P. Chiappetta is an Adjunct Professor of Law at San Joaquin College of Law, where he teaches Civil Procedure I, Civil Procedure II, and Professional Responsibility. He is a partner at Perkins Coie LLP, specializing in complex commercial litigation, antitrust disputes, class actions, and intellectual property matters. With over 25 years of legal experience, he has advised clients on antitrust law, trade regulation, and represented them in federal and state enforcement proceedings. He spent four years in Australia prosecuting cases for the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission. He is admitted to practice in California, New York, the District of Columbia, and Australia.

Education: J.D., University of Washington School of Law; B.A., Willamette University.
