Thomas Campagne

Thomas Campagne is an adjunct professor at San Joaquin College of Law (SJCL), where he teaches Contract Drafting. A 1975 graduate of SJCL, he has a distinguished 37-year legal career, including over 300 trials in administrative and civil courts, 82 reported/published litigation decisions, and oral arguments before the U.S. Supreme Court. He specializes in labor law and has held memberships in the Fresno Bar Association, American Bar Association, and Federal Court Bar Association.

Education: Juris Doctor, San Joaquin College of Law (1975).

Research & Practice Focus: Labor law, administrative law, litigation involving First Amendment issues, and USDA marketing order disputes. His career highlights include landmark cases on advertising assessments and federal court litigations.

Contributions to SJCL: Served as a George A. Hopper Moot Court judge, mentored alumni through his law firm Campagne, Campagne & Lerner, PC, and maintained active ties with the college since graduation.
