Tessa Helman

Dr Tessa Helman is a Research Fellow at the Centre for Healthy Brain Ageing (CHeBA), UNSW Sydney, within the School of Psychiatry. Her research focuses on cognitive ageing, Alzheimer’s disease mechanisms, and the role of NAD+ in metabolic and neurodegenerative disorders. She holds a PhD from Griffith University (2022), investigating sex-specific stress mechanisms in psychological diseases.
