Tara L'Heureux

Tara L'Heureux is an Assistant Professor in the Psychology Department at the University of New Haven, affiliated with the College of Arts and Sciences. Her academic career spans both theoretical and applied research in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, with a focus on performance evaluation systems, worker well-being, and training competencies.

She earned her Ph.D. from the University of Connecticut under Dr. Janet Barnes-Farrell, investigating sex differences in performance evaluation ratings.
