Megha Yadav serves as an Assistant Professor of Management at the Judd Leighton School of Business and Economics. She holds a Ph.D. from the University of Wisconsin, Milwaukee, an M.B.A. from Indraprastha University, India, and a B.A. from Delhi University, India, with prior teaching experience at the University of Wisconsin, Milwaukee and Indian institutions.

Research Focus: Dr. Yadav investigates systemic barriers in workplaces through rigorous analysis of underrepresented minorities' career trajectories. Her work integrates critical diversity studies with organizational psychology, examining how gender, race, and language diversity intersect with organizational citizenship behaviors during periods of structural change. She pioneers research on non-native accent bias in performance evaluations and develops frameworks for measuring intersectional organizational embeddedness.
