Dr. Rama Krishna Reddy serves as an Assistant Professor of Management at Indiana University South Bend's Judd Leighton School of Business and Economics. His academic credentials include a PhD in Strategic Management and International Business from the University of Memphis (2016), an MBA from Western Kentucky University (2009), and a Bachelor of Physical Therapy from Manipal University, India (2006).
His research centers on Mergers and acquisitions, Emerging markets, Institutional theory, Resource dependence theory, Information asymmetry, Foreign direct investments, and Formal and informal institutions. He actively presents at premier conferences including the Academy of Management, Academy of International Business, and Southern Management Association.
Dr. Reddy's teaching portfolio encompasses Strategic management, Design thinking, Entrepreneurship, and Negotiations. Prior to his current position, he worked as a research associate at the Wang Center for International Business Education and Research (CIBER) and held industry roles in health care management, business consulting, and IT consulting.
