Søren Kerndrup is an Associate Professor at the Department of Sustainability and Planning within the Technical Faculty of IT and Design at Aalborg University. His work focuses on sustainable development, circular economy, and innovation processes. He is affiliated with the Sustainability, Innovation and Policy Center and the Danish Centre for Health Informatics. Key projects include leading strategies for green transitions in fashion and textiles, circular economy initiatives, and sustainable production frameworks.
Research interests include regional entrepreneurialism, circular economy implementation, waste management innovation, and participatory design approaches.
