Dr Sylvia Almeida is a Senior Lecturer in Environmental/Sustainability and Science Education at Monash University's School of Education Culture & Society. With over 16 years of teaching and teacher education experience across India, Africa, USA, the Middle East, and Australia, she specializes in integrating sustainability and science education into early childhood, primary, and secondary contexts. Her research spans curriculum implementation, policy analysis, and pedagogical adaptation during crises.
