Aihua Hu

Aihua Hu is an Associate Professor at the Department of Pedagogy, Religion and Social Studies, West Norway University of Applied Sciences. She specializes in teacher education, international comparative pedagogy, and sustainability in early childhood education (ECEfS). Her work focuses on curriculum design, education policy analysis, and cross-cultural transitions between kindergarten and primary school.

Current research involves collaborations with Chinese institutions like Beijing Normal University through the China Project. She is actively involved in the UTFORSK research group exploring digital internationalization and cross-cultural collaboration in early childhood education.
