Dr. Swarali Patil is a Lecturer in the Department of People and Performance at Manchester Metropolitan University’s Faculty of Business and Law, where she specializes in sport management and gender equity research.
- PhD in Management and Leadership (Sport Focus) from Western University, Canada
- BA (Hons) and MA in related disciplines
Her research explores women's leadership roles in sport organizations, gender equity capacity in national sport institutions, and financial wellbeing of athletes. Recent work examines masters sport benefits, community sport mapping, and pandemic-era event challenges.
